SHIPPING POLICY
- Orders will either be sent by courier or Postnet to Postnet.
- Any courier or Postnet fees will be borne by the purchaser.
- Shipping within South Africa is free for orders over R1500. For orders under R1500, standard shipping rates apply.
- In the case of a return for refund or exchange, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. This includes both the cost of returning the item to the supplier and the cost of shipping any replacement or exchanged item back to the purchaser.
- It is the purchaser's responsibility to return the item by reliable, reputable and traceable courier service (We recommend Postnet)
